Since each TV requires it's own box, you can go to your account in the top menu of Heat and click on the share feature. This creates a code with all of your favorites and folders that can be transferred to another box instead of having to start the process over again.
You can delete many unnecessary or not needed apps. Just go to settings, then apps, then click on the app in the list and a menu will pop up with options.
If you want to pause, rewind, or fast forward live TV, you need to use the Heat Live app instead of Heat.
Parental controls are available in the settings tab on the main screen
You can group stations in up to 2 additional folders in addition to the favorites folder and rename them as you wish. I have created a "news" folder so I do not have to scroll through the crazy news stations, and a "movies" folder to group all the streamers and cable movie stations into one spot on mine for example.
If you experience buffering or freezing when watching anything on VOD(Video On Demand) app, pres the menu button then press on servers, then change the server until you find one loading faster
It's probably best to use a VPN with this product. You can download a free VPN or pay a small annual fee for one like Avast right from the chrome browser installed on the box. There is a mouse button on the remote (#3 above) to help scroll when needed.
It is recommended that you update your home screen once a month by clicking on the "Update Launcher" feature below in or next to settings. This will allow for Holiday themed screens and special apps to automatically refresh your home screen with. Special apps may include certain world sports events such as FIFA or The Olympics, etc
Like any internet-based equipment, you should restart your internet modem, router, and VC box every four to six weeks to keep equipment running optimally. This is good practice even if you don't have a VC Box.

Always turn your box off, and always turn your box off from the home screen with all apps closed. This will extend the life of your box just like it would your computer.
You should clear the memory by scrolling through the bottom set of app until you see the green circle with the memory usage and tapping it about once a week. Also, you should unplug the box for about 15 seconds to clear it out about once a month. This is good maintenance and should be done to your internet router as well as part of your routine.
